Winter Formal

Last night was Cascade's Winter Formal and it was very fun. I had a good date who got me a beautiful corsage. It took place at the Abernethy Center in Oregon City. The food was very good and we had a live jazz band and some dancing did happen. I didn't personally dance because I didn't care to. After the dance we went to a friends house and watched Moulin Rouge.Anyways here are some photos. Enjoy.

But basically this is not fun. I feel as if someone was taken away from me. I love Cascade I love the people here and it's become my second home. I have so many memories from here as well as friends. I don't know what to I do. Praying is all i can think of doing when I am not talking to my mom, friends or in class. Pray for all of us at Cascade because we all don't know what will happen.

Staying Up for a movie premire has advantages.

So tonight at midnight I was sitting in a movie theater with a bunch of teens watching the 12:01 AM premire of High School Musical 3. I must say I was very impressed with it and left the theater in a good mood. I went to said movie with a good friend of mine and it was enjoyable. Zac Efron had turned into a incredible actor and I love Ashley Tisdale's acting. I don't care much for Vanessa Hudgens but other than that the rest of the HSM cast is awesome. Oh and Lucas Grabeel has really bloomed since the first movie and stand out in this movie, but I don't want to say much more to spoil it for you reading this. So needless to say I am exhausted at the moment. Of course now I have one more class and then its hello weekend. I fully plan on sleeping and maybe going to Sushi or Olive Garden with some friends of mine. Oh how I love living in Portland it's full of stuff to do any night of the week plus tons of concerts and plays. Sunday is already looking to be stressful I get to help babysit for a bunch of little kids for a few hours with my service club. Oh the joys of being in college. Luckily it will be in Downtown Portland so I can take advantage of that and go get Starbucks or Coffe Bean before hand. Ohh a Vanilla Latte with Cinnamon sounds very good right now. So what are your plans for this weekend? Are any of you seeing High School Musical 3 or any other movie?

Junior Year so far.

Hey everyone. Sorry it has been so long since my last update. School has just been very busy lately. I think I one week had four tests so that took a lot of time to prepare for. Other than that life has been good. I was sick for most of last week with a cold which was not fun but it seems as if half of the campus is sick. The weather has been rainy somedays or sunny which is weird for Portland. Tonight is a exciting night I am headed to the High School Musical 3 midnight showing with some friends so I am super excited. Wow that sounds really dorky but I am. Also I am excited for some concerts and plays coming up later this year. Wicked is coming to Portland in April so I am looking forward to seeing that with some friends. Other than that most of my time is spent studying or watching The Office. Speaking of The Office if you watch it how are you liking the new season? Are you excited about Jim and Pam, I think I screamed during the season premire. Anyways I better get going I have to finish reading for a class tomorrow.

Dorm Room and Sick.

Ugh I am sick again, I think I may have caught a bug that is going around Cascade. It's not fun. Luckily my dorm room is well stocked with food, books and DVD's. Plus this lovely laptop full of music and several games such as Diner Dash(I am a diner dash addict) Anyways I am posting some pictures of my room if you haven't already seen them. So enjoy.

Anways I better end here because I have a class at two thrity and I need coffee...ugh back to my Iced Soy Milk White Chocolate Peppermint Mochas so bad but yet so very needed. Anways enjoy reading and feel free to tell me to add pictures. I will learn how to do that one day.

Sophmore Year Take Dos!

Well I am sitting here at in a airport yet again waiting for a flight back to Portland. I can't believe that three weeks went by so fast. It seems like yesterday I was coming home for Christmas break and now it's over. School start back up on Monday. I don't even know if I am ready for school. I know that for once I was ok if I didn't go back to Cascade. Don't get me wrong I love Cascade but with my Mom getting sick I would have been ok if I didn't get to go back. Anyways I am going back and hopefully doing better so I can stay at Cascade for awhile. But if things don't go I am ok coming home and staying. Yea that means I will have to get a job and learn how to drive. But honestly I think that I have gotten everything I need at Cascade if I do not end up going back next year. I admit I will everything about Cascade though. I will miss my friends, Portland, honestly I will miss Cascade all together. It has been the best two years of my life. Ok I know I sound like a downer but I do think ahead. I know I will try so hard to do better this semester but what if God has bigger plans for me. Yea he might want me to stay at Cascade but what if he doesn't? All I know it is all in God's hands right now. Anywho's I better finish here and get my stuff together because I may be boarding my flight soon. Hope you all reading this aren't too bored. Haha. More Later.
